Avoid after nasal surgery (until healing has occurred), avoid in the presence of untreated nasal infections
Allergic Rhinitis
1 to 2 sprays once daily, to be sprayed into each nostril, reduced to 1 spray once daily, to be sprayed into each nostril, once control achieved; use minimum effective dose.
Altered smell sensation, nosebleed, headache, nasal ulceration or irritation, taste altered, throat irritation Rarely- Glaucoma, nasal septum perforation (more common following nasal surgery), blurred vision
