Children aged 2 to 3 months: a 2.5ml dose. If necessary, after 4 to 6 hours, give a second 2.5ml dose.

3 to 6 months: a 2.5ml dose up to 4 times in 24 hours.

6 to 24 months: a 5ml dose up to 4 times in 24 hours.

2 to 4 years: a 7.5ml dose (5ml + 2.5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.

4 to 6 years: a 10ml dose (2 x 5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
