a 2.5ml dose. If necessary, after 4 to 6 hours, give a second 2.5ml dose.
a 2.5ml dose up to 4 times in 24 hours.

a 7.5ml dose (5ml + 2.5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
a 10ml dose (2 x 5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
