Dose
Take TWO tablets initially, followed by one tablet after every loose bowel movement. Maximum dose is 4 tablets in a day, limited to no more than 2 days.
Warnings and Contraindications
Do not use if you have severe diarrhoea after taking antibiotics.
Do not use if you are having a flare-up of a inflammatory bowel disease (such as ulcerative colitis)
