Dose
The number of inhalations you take and the frequency of them, is up to you and may be dependent on the number of cigarettes, and the strength of cigarettes you are used to smoking.
You can inhale either with shallow or deep puffs – it may take a bit more effort than when smoking a cigarette – but the amount of nicotine delivered through each puff will be the same regardless.
Each cartridge provides you with about 40 minutes of intense use. You can split this time up according to your own preference.
You can have a maximum of 6 cartridges per day.
