Relief aid

You should take one lozenge when required to relieve cravings. Most will use between 8 to 12 lozenges per day. You should ensure not to use more than 15 per day.

If you smoke 20 or less cigarettes per day, the 2 mg lozenge will help relieve cravings.

If you smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day, you should use the 4mg lozenges.

Eventually after using the lozenges (whether its weeks or months), you should reduce down the number of lozenges you use, until you stop them completely.
