Diabetics should monitor sugar levels more frequently when using this product as it may alter insulin requirements.

Smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day

Step 2 - apply one patch Nicorette Invisi 15mg daily for 2 weeks 

Apply one patch to the skin when you wake up in the morning. Remove the patch 16 hours later, around bedtime.

Most smokers are recommended to start on the 25mg patches (Step 1), for 8 weeks, move onto the 15mg patches (Step 2) for 2 weeks, and then the 10mg patches (Step 3) for 2 weeks.

Lighter smokers (people who smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day) can start with the 15mg patches (Step 2), for an 8 week period, and then move onto the 10mg patches (Step 3) for the final 4 weeks.

You should find a dry, hairless patch of skin to apply the patch. The front or side of the chest, upper arm or hip is usually a good area.

Do not apply patches to the exact same area for 2 consecutive days to avoid irritating that site.

Do not use more than one patch at a time.

If you lose a patch during bathing or swimming, you can replace it right away with another patch.
