Nicorette Nasal spray is used to reduce the withdrawal symptoms you experience when you try to give up smoking. When you spray this into your nose, the nicotine can pass quickly into your body through the lining of your nose.Active Ingredient

Drug Warning
In your first few days of using this product, you may find that your nose is irritated and your eyes are watering. You should avoid driving or operating machinery during this time.
Diabetics should monitor sugar levels more frequently when using this product as it may alter insulin requirements.

Dose
You can spray this product up to twice an hour. Up to a maximum of 64 sprays in a single day. This is equivalent to 2 sprays every hour for 16 hours.
It is recommended to use this product in a 4 step process.
Set the date and quit smoking completely.
Use the Nicorette Nasal spray to reduce cravings for 8 weeks.
Reduce the number of sprays you use over the next 2 weeks. With the aim that by the end of this 2 weeks, you will halved the number of sprays you use per day,
Over the following 2 weeks, aim to reduce the number of sprays you use to zero.
One technique to reduce the number of sprays you use, is to spray only into one nostril.
Other Ingredients
Disodium phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, citric acid, polysorbate 80, ß-ionone, methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216 and E218), disodium edetate and water.
Active Ingredient
The 10ml bottle contains enough solution to deliver about 200 sprays.
