Nicorette Quickmist is a mouth spray which is used a nicotine replacement therapy to reduce the withdrawal symptoms and cravings you experience when trying to give up smoking. When you use the QuickMist spray, the nicotine in the solution will rapidly pass through the lining of your mouth to relieve withdrawal symptoms.Drug Warning
Take care not to inhale when using the spray, to prevent it going down your throat. You should also not swallow for a few seconds after using the spray.
Diabetics should monitor sugar levels more frequently when using this product as it may alter insulin requirements.

Dose
Most smokers will require 1-2 sprays every 30 minutes to 1 hour. Each spray contains 1mg of nicotine.

At first, you should use one spray when you would normally have a cigarette or have cravings to smoke. If cravings do not disappear after a minute, you should use a second spray after this point.
If you need 2 sprays to control cravings, you can then start using 2 consecutive sprays when using the product.
You should not use any more than 2 sprays per dose, or 4 sprays in a 1 hour period. As a maximum you can use 64 sprays in a day, which is equivalent to 4 sprays per hour, for 16 hours.

Propylene glycol, anhydrous ethanol, trometamol, poloxamer 407, glycerol, sodium hydrogen carbonate, levomenthol, mint flavour, cooling flavour, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, butylated hydroxytoluene, hydrochloric acid, purified water.

Each bottle contains 13.2 ml of solution which provides at least 150 sprays.
