Do not chew or swallow the lozenge.
Diabetics should monitor sugar levels more frequently when using this product as it may alter insulin requirements.
Craving Prevention
You should use one lozenge in your mouth and periodically move it from one side of your mouth to the other, until it dissolves completely, which takes around 10 minutes.

Start with using 8 to 12 lozenges per day, using a lozenge whenever you have the urge to smoke.
Use it in this way for up to 6 weeks before reducing down the number of lozenges you use per day.
Once you are down to 1 to 2 lozenges per day, try stopping the lozenges completely. Do not use more than 15 lozenges in a single day.
