Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor, reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. It can be used for gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) symptoms, long-term management and prevention of relapse in reflux oesophagitis. This medication can also be used for the prevention of gastroduodenal ulcers caused by a group of painkillers called 'non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs' (NSAIDs) . Drug Warning

ONE to be taken ONCE a day as directed by your prescriber
Warnings and Contraindications
Further investigation is to be considered if symptoms persist despite adequate treatment.
Treatment with Pantoprazole may lead to a slightly increased risk of gastrointestinal infections caused by bacteria
Do not use in the case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the additional ingredients.
