The standard dose is 1 to 2 tablets initially, taken up to three to four times a day.

For more frequent or severe pain, the dose can be increased for short time, to 10 tablets per day.

This treatment should not be taken for more than 14 days.

Side effects are unlikely at the recommended dose.

Long term, high dose usage may cause side effects such as high blood levels of calcium and magnesium, especially in those with kidney problems.

Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, diarrhoea, tiredness, muscular weakness, headache, kidney dysfunction, and impaired sense of taste.

Sucrose, glucose, spearmint flavour, talc, povidone, saccharin sodium, magnesium stearate.
