You should take the missed tablet as soon as you remember, even if it means taking 2 tablets at the same time. You should take your next pills at your usual time. However, you do not need to use extra precautions for 7 days, as long as you used RIgevidon correctly for the 7 days before the missed dose.
Method 1: You should take the missed dose as soon as you remember, even if it means taking 2 pills at the same time. Take your next doses at the usual time. You should also start your next pack immediately after taking the last tablet of the current pack - missing out the pill-free interval. Method 2: Alternatively, you can just stop taking the current pack, keep a period of 7 pill-free days (including the day of the missed pills) and then continue with the next pack.
if you miss any tablets and do not get withdrawal bleeding during your first pill-free interval, then you should consider the possibility of pregnancy.

You can take a pill from a spare strip if you have any, and that means you can continue your other pills as normal and stay in sync.
The spare strip will come in useful in future if you lose any other pills.
