Tadalafil is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult males.  Tadalafil can take effect within 15 minutes, and also lasts for up to 36 hours, providing a larger window of opportunity.Suitability criteria

Dose
ONE to be taken as needed approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity
Warnings and Contraindications
Tadalafil is not indicated for use by women
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the additional ingredients listed below
Tadalafil must not be used in men with cardiac disease for whom sexual activity is inadvisable.
Tadalafil should not be used in men who also take nitrate medications
Common Side Effects
Flushing; gastrointestinal discomfort; headaches; myalgia; nasal congestion; pain

Other information
A lower dose of tadalafil should be used if you have an additional diagnosis of hepatic impairment
Effective treatment of erectile dysfunction with tadalafil requires sexual stimulation.
