Adults: Rub Vaporub liberally on the chest, back and throat. Rub in over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation.

Children over 2 years: Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Adults and children over the age of 12: Melt two teaspoons of Vaporub in warm water and inhale the vapours.

Do not heat in the microwave or add to hot water. (Only use in warm water)

Do not reheat the mixture.
