Vicks Vaporub is a medicinal ointment used to relieve the symptoms of cold in adults and children above two years old. It contains menthol and eucalyptus oil, which help to relieve nasal catarrh, nasal congestion, sore throat and coughs due to colds.Active Ingredient

Rub on Method
Adults: Rub Vaporub liberally on the chest, back and throat. Rub in over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation.
Children over 2 years: Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
Inhalation Method
Adults and children over the age of 12: Melt two teaspoons of Vaporub in warm water and inhale the vapours.
Other information
Do not heat in the microwave or add to hot water. (Only use in warm water)
Do not reheat the mixture.
