Aciclovir 5%

Do not use Zovirax in your mouth, nose, in the eyes or genitalia area.

Do not use for any other skin infection other than cold sores.

Cold Sore

Apply the cream liberally to cover the affected area, up to 5 times a day.

Continue treatment for 4 days. If your cold sore hasn’t healed after this time, you can use it for up to 10 days in total.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you know that your immune system is weakened

Mild burning or stinging after applying. This will resolve itself quickly.

Redness, itching, flaking of skin or other skin reactions.
