Force Load FontIn line with medicines legislation we are unable to accept the return of any medication for refund/reuse once it has left our registered pharmacy premises.
Any medication that is returned to us must be correctly disposed of within 30 days by the pharmacist, whether the medication has been opened or not.
You may cancel your order at any point prior to treatment being dispatched.
In the case of a missed delivery or you are unable to re-arrange delivery by Royal Mail, the pharmacy can resend your medication to the same address provided it has been returned to us in the original packaging. This will not apply to medications requiring cold-chain packaging in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; if you are not available to accept delivery and the refrigerated item is returned to us, we will be unable to resend your treatment or issue a refund.
